Dagenham’s Kecani ‘drove more than 50 miles to sell cocaine’

Amarildo Kecani, 21, of Halbutt Street, was caught in Cambridge distributing Class A drugs, and sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison.

Police on patrol in Cambridge noticed a black Ford Focus they previously associated with drug dealing on the city’s Ditton. When they stopped the vehicle, they recovered wraps of cocaine in the footwell and in a cigarette box. There was also a mobile phone that listed addresses and ‘prices’ for drugs.

Detective Constable Matthew Lander, of Cambridgeshire Police, said: “There is nowhere to hide in this county for drug dealers and those who seek to exploit the vulnerabilities of others.”
