Jonathan Marsh is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow to face an accusation of assault by beating, connected to the arrest of an individual in Romford, east London during November of 2022. He is implicated in an Independent Office for Police Conduct inquiry that is still in progress.

PC Marsh is accused of using excessive force against a man he arrested on 13 November after responding to a complaint of a man committing criminal damage outside a store on Atlanta Boulevard in Romford.
